Can anyone tell me about a rumour I heard on British T.V.?

Gene Simmons(of the tongue fame) Kiss band member announced that Kiss had just signed a deal for a 32 storey casino in Las Vegas, unfortunately I dont know how long the British T.V. show had been recorded so not sure how new, true or believable the story is....maybe the deal fell through...can anyone help.

And for all you who know Mr and Mrs...we can now truly celebrate Celine is gone...long live KISSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
