I%26#39;m staying at The Signature at MGM in April and I heard that someone used their concierge service to get VIP listed at Tao and other clubs. I%26#39;m unfamiliar with the services a concierge can provide. Is this a normal thing that they will take care of free of charge? I%26#39;ll be going to clubs every night I%26#39;m there and would rather not pay for a VIP table and bottle service and certainly do not want to wait on the looooong lines. Anyone else have experience in this area?

Not sure about concierge service ... but you can call most clubs directly and ask to be placed on their guest list. if you%26#39;re a group of hot women, you%26#39;l be fine ... if men, you will have a harder time.
