What bars have decent selections of scotch... one with a casual atmosphere as well too would be nice.

You will be hard pressed to find a better selection of scotch than at the casino bars at Bellagio.

Bring lots of money, The GOOD STUFF aint FREE.
Im not sure if they still have it, although the good old days of the Treasure Island Battle Bar(which is gone) had Mcallan(sp?) anniversary for $45.00 per glass. Im not sure it gets much better than that. I know a bottle in Ohio runs over $300
