I understand a mall is being built next to the Ascuaga Nugget. Does anyone know how that is progressing and what the completion date is?

Mall next door to nugget question
John Ascuaga%26#39;s Nugget lies on a narrow strip of land between Interstate 80 and the Union Pacific Railroad...neither of which will be moving anytime soon. To the east is a ';tank farm'; of large petroleum storage tanks. I would not anticipate any malls in this area now or in the forseeable future!
