Where is the closest store that I may purchase a bottle of wine if I am staying at the MGM? Thanks!

I am not sure if it is the closest, but there is an ABC store in Desert Passage that sells wine.

There is a really nice, and expensive, wine store in Mandalay Place (in between Luxor %26amp; MB).

Just go over by the West wing, there is a boutique in the hotel that you will see, but skip that and walk out the doors and you will walk right into a convenience store with beer and wine, Subway and a souvenirs, wine is reasonably priced there with a decent selection.
