MGM Signature

Is $579 including tax and service fee a good price for July checkin in Thursday and check-out Sunday?

Junior Suite?? I%26#39;d be renting it directly from the Owner...

Signature is very nice. $200/nt is not bad for a Jr Suite. You have your own checkin and use of MGM pools. (Is the room facing strip or the MGM convention hall?)

The questions you need to answer for yourself is $200/nt can get you in Bellagio and/or CP and they are in a better location. Why are you going; is it for gambling or shows and food? The casino is huge and cater to certain people. You have a nice room but it is away from the center strip.

Wife loved the Signature but enjoyed Bellagio more (shopping and places to dine)

Maybe we are just tired of having to catch the monorail just to go to a show or forite places to eat (we go 4 time a year and have a host @ MGM). Have you gone to LV lately?

MGM Signature

The most comparable property seems to be the Four Seasons (top of Mandalay Bay). Similar service and rooms to Signature. Signature rooms are currently priced about half of Four Seasons, so I believe that this is a great deal.

When in July are you going? My wife and are going to spend a week in Vegas from the 15th through the 22nd. The Signature has really caught my eye.
