Have booked tickets for LV Wranglers at The Orleans one night and %26#39;O%26#39; at Bellagio on another (Valentines Day).
Both events start around 7-730pm.
Can you recommend any good quality restaurants in or around those hotels that serve dinner at 5-530pm?
Thanks

Convenient restaurant
At the Orleans I would suggest The Prime Rib Loft or Don Miquels if you like Mexican food. We dined at both during our last stay and enjoyed them both. Prime Rib Loft opens at 5:00. You can view menus at the Orleans website. There is another restaurant in Orleans called Canal Street that looks very nice, but we did not dine there.
Convenient restaurant
Your kidding right? Just go to either Hotel, they both have lots of quality restuarants. Bellagio will be very expensive, and Orleans will be cheap.
Can%26#39;t help with orleans. But Bellagio has a restaurant called Fix with a preshow menu which starts serving at 5pm.

I would suggest calling the restaurant for more info.
I%26#39;ve been to Fix%26#39;s sister restaurant, Stack, at the Mirage and it was quite enjoyable.
Thanks ladies for your responses.
Homeboy......thanks for your generalisation; you want me to be more specific or stop wasting your time, right !?.
I asked for recommendations, made no mention of cost, but gave two totally diverse occaisions to assist.
I%26#39;ll ask again, in a way an expert might appreciate:
Not saying you would do this, but say you were a tourist going to the ice hockey game and you wanted to grab a meal nearby beforehand, where would you eat?
...And if you were taking Mrs VHB out on The Strip for a Valentines dinner, where would you go to impress?
Look forward to being shot down by your reply.

Since the Orleans is not on the Strip I think it makes sense to try one of the recommended restaurants there. But, for the Bellagio you could try a restaurant in Caesar%26#39;s or Paris as they are near enough to Bellagio that you could walk. I like the sidewalk cafe at Paris, casual enough for an early dinner, but with some class and the food I had there was quite good. If you got there shortly after 5 you would have plenty of time to eat and get to a 7:00 show at the Bellagio.
Something else to think about since you%26#39;ll be at the Bellagio on Valentine%26#39;s... the Fontana Bar has great live music. It%26#39;s a good place for a pre or post show cocktail and great ambience. A good place to take your lady for a special evening. Every time I%26#39;ve been there we%26#39;ve seen more than one couple dancing. :)
All of the restaurants at Bellagio are nice. You could go to Le Cirque and see the fountains. But $$$$
What hotel are you staying at? You could also just eat early at your hotel, then head over to the Orleans
Thanks once again.
I don%26#39;t know where I%26#39;m staying yet (Signature, CP, or Venetian), so that%26#39;s part of my problem.
My choice of restaurants would be based on a guidebook so personal recommendations from this forum carry a lot of weight.
Also check on Chowhound.com. They have very in-depth user reviews of lots of Vegas restaurants. Vegas is lumped in the ';Southwest'; section.
Thanks everyone, as usual your help is priceless !
