Which one?? Help!

We are going to Las Vegas in April. Myself and my sister (26%26amp;30)

Which hotel should we choose MGM or NY NY

Which one?? Help!

aaaah!!!! too much pressure!!! I can%26#39;t take it!!!!

Nah-I would choose NYNY, as MGM is HUGE and can be a pain to navigate. Also the vibe of the casino and bars in NYNY is more in tune with your ages.

Which one?? Help!

If you%26#39;d like to stay in a very large hotel with lots of restaurants on-site, choose MGM. If you prefer a smaller (comparatively) option, choose NY/NY. MGM has a much nicer pool but that may not be a factor in April.

My personal preference would be for MGM.

I%26#39;ve stayed in both, and I definitely prefer MGM%26#39;s Grand Tower rooms. They are connected by a pedestrian bridge over the Strip so visiting one while staying at the other is pretty easy.

Stratton worded it very well.

Strip and myself always prefer MGM, but you might feel differently. Like Strip says, you can always cruise across the walkway and party at NYNY if you prefer the atmosphere there.

MGM has the nicer rooms and the better restaurants and bars (you can get some restaurant and bar credits using the Maximum Nights Promo.) MGM%26#39;s pool area is much nicer as well.

MGM hands down for me.

What are the pros and cons to each?

The only real ';con'; with MGM is that it is big. No denying that. You two sound like you%26#39;re young, so I wouldn%26#39;t worry too much about that. NYNY can also have long walks from guest rooms to the casino, and the rooms in general are smaller than MGM. When I was at the NYNY I always asked for a higher-up room since the roller-coaster can be heard much more at the middle and lower levels. NYNY%26#39;s pool is not it%26#39;s strength, that%26#39;s for sure. It can get warm in April, so the pools may be open. It%26#39;s best to check a 7-10 day forecast on weather.com and also call the hotel right before you pack to see if they are open yet.

Anyone else?

LizinON- If you really want more information that you%26#39;ve already gotten I%26#39;d suggest letting us know what is important to you and your sister as far as your room %26amp; stay experience is concerned. Do you need a big bathroom? good nightlife? a great poker room? easy access to certain shows or restaurants? You get the point.

That way people with experience with both properties could let you know which hotel seems the best fit, in their estimation. Also- why have you narrowed it down to those two locations?
