You can get EXCELLENT food out here... its true.

You can find a good lobster dinner at any of the good resturaunts...

Prime, SW Steak. ALEX, Kokomos, Charlie Palmers, but, you are going to pay and you are going to pay BIG.

There are a lot of other fantastic dishes to be had here beside Lobster.... the prices are through the roof.

I was talking to a friend about this yesterday, as this topic has recently been surfacing and I mentioned about people looking for Lobster in Veags... she said she went to Red Lobster (gag) about 3 weeks ago and market price for a 1lb lobster there was $47.00

you believe that??

What would you do with a 1lb lobster, anyway???

And, that is at RED LOBSTER for GOSH DARN SAKE!

I almost hit my head, I was getting ito my car... I said you are kidding! Did you get it. She said yeah, ... it sucked. (we are former New Englanders)

I said, I cant beeelieeeve YOU went to Red Lobster!! (where is there a Red Lobster??) she told me. She then said yeah, I have been craving lobster and I thought I would just try it. It wasnt disgusting or anything, but its not like I remember Lobster being.

After eating Lobster on a pretty regular basis, growing up... you dont forget what its like.

She said its been about a year since she had lobster- which makes sence, cause thats how long its been since she went back East...

so, yeah...

Sorry for the ramble, but I cant believe that people come from coastal places to the desert looking for seafood.

NOT that they cant make it in the most fantastic way..... no, no

but its not gonna be cheap.

The steaks, and veggies out here are the best.

Fish is good too, no doubt, but of the lobster I have had here (SW Steak) its not good enough to order.

P.S. Can you believe RED LOBSTER comands prices like that?? I thought they flash froze everything. Never been there... just never appealed to me.

A firend of mine had lobster at Neros and said it was great.

Lobster is market price. Buzio%26#39;s @ Rio and CC Steakhouse are the least expensive. Both are excellent.

I had a filet and lobster tail at the Steakhouse in TI last week, and it was fantastic, what ever kind of light buttery sauce that was served with it was fantastic. Better than straight butter.

I must corroborate everything Melissa Lynn said. Couldn%26#39;t have put it better.

It is only a matter of time before people start asking where in Las Vegas they can go scuba diving.

You can get a big ol%26#39; serving of Rock Lobster from the band at carnival court-that and a million other cover tunes you would have been fine not hearing again ever.

Yeah, don%26#39;t eat lobster in Las Vegas - it has to be shipped in. Only eat items that locally grown or harvested. I recommend the saut茅ed dirt at the Bellagio buffet.
