2nd trip to vegas solo - suggestions ?

My 2nd trip to vegas coming this Monday Feb. 5th-12th - cant wait. Went solo last March 2006 and was hooked with vegas fever :-)

Stayed at MGM Grand, saw Elton at Caesars Palace, best show ever, BUT made the newbie mistake of only staying 4 days.

Anyway, I am going solo again (no wife or kids). Love to bring my wife this time but vegas is not her thing yet - as I will wear her down and turn her to the dark side :-) someday...

Staying at Harrahs this time to try to see centre strip - I did not have time (or energy) to see anything this area last time.

Besides shopping at Fashion Show Mall %26amp; Caesars Mall, Helecopter Tour Grand Canyon from bestlasvegastours.com, another Elton show Tuesday night (of course), usual walk about sign seeing and people watching, I am interested in nightlife suggestions for an ';older crowd'; like me (45 yrs +) than the hip younger, well dressed club scene like Studio 54, Ceasars various ';hot spots';, etc.

I know of the irish pub at NYNY and the piano car at harrahs but there must be more...
