Is it better to book with the concierge, in person at the restaurant or on the internet before you depart?

I don%26#39;t know if it%26#39;s better, but I generally book by calling the restuarant. Last trip I did book reservations for Stack at the Mirage online and had no problems either.

If there is some place you really want, book as soon as possible. You can always cancel if you change your mind.

Opentable is great because you can easily cancel on-line. Not all restaurants are on there though but if the restaurant you want is definately use it, an added bonus is that you earn points that can eventually become a dining check. I%26#39;ve called a couple of restaurants to make my reservations, it%26#39;s easy, and an added bonus is that they often ask you if you are celebrating a special occasion.
