Just wondering, because I have heard you can drink walking down the street in Las Vegas. 1st week of May will be our first trip!

Just want to clarify, by drinking I mean alcohol. Just wondering because, for instance, I heard it can take an hour to get downtown from the strip and I wanted to get a big %26#39;ole frozen drink for the ride if I wanted too!

Last time I was there with my sister, we did that with no worries.

I thought drinking on the street, or maybe I should say sidewalk, is legal? It would not be a good idea to drink on the street, but I thought the sidewalks on the Strip and Fremont Street are not just tolerated but legal to drink?

You CAN walk the strip and drink. Take it from a pro. You can even take one drink from a casino to another!
