My vote goes to Binion%26#39;s Steakhouse on the top floor. Yes, Binion%26#39;s Casino is dark, smokey and maybe even a little gritty. But the Steakhouse has superb steaks, an excellent view at night looking south towards the Strip. I%26#39;ve eaten at several steakhouse including Delmonico%26#39;s, Morton%26#39;s, Ruth%26#39;s Chris and Gallaghers and always return to Binions. Try it....

Emeril%26#39;s Delmonico Steakhouse. Fantastic food and a very beautiful and elegant atmosphere. PS The Caesar salad is made table side and is delicious.

Andres French restuarant downtown gets al the local and critic majority vote as the most romantic and best French restuarant in town.

I agree with VHB- Andre%26#39;s (the original) is the best. Check its menu on its website to see if it fits your description of ';mid-price.';
