Hi! we are two single girls going to Vegas to for our 30th birthdays. I have been before and stayed in the Luxor. Want to go over and gamble and party! Where would you recommend we stay? We are looking at Bellagio......

Bellagio is an awesome place to stay, as it is center strip and obviously quite luxurious! The pool complex is really nice if you go when it is warm! I like Bellagio also because you can go to some great lounges/bars (Carmel and Fontana) and dance club (Light) without leaving the building!!!! Plus, it gives you easy access to shopping-Forum Shoppes next door and Desert Passage across the street. Bellagio is my favorite place to gamble, as they have great drink service. By the way, I am in your age range at 33!!!!!!!!

For a little less, and more of a party atmosphere (especially at the pool) you could stay at Ceasar%26#39;s Palace. Bellagio has been known to be a little stuffy... If you want a lower cost ';party'; atmosphere, NYNY or TI both have lively nightlife.

Big difference between Lux and Bellagio. You did not say when you are going. If you are going in the summer, recommend Mandalay Bay for the party. They have parties and concerts @ the pools and House of Blues have great parties where you do not have to act like Paris Hilton to get in and be seen!

Bellagio is central and very nice, but you do not see the party atmosphere as you would at MB, MGM Hard Rock and Rio.

If you are the nightclub type, you might want to consider Rio. Mandalay Bay is also a good choice.

Saw advertised that you can buy nightclub passes before you go, are these worth getting?

You can often get nightclub ';passes'; for free online, from the hotels or on the street. I don%26#39;t know why you%26#39;d pay for them, since they are never guaranteed to work.

Hey SG - I am heading to Vegas in late September myself with a bunch o%26#39; friends, and we found very good rates at Bellagio - $199/night - so we%26#39;re staying there. Check out their website for the dates you are considering. Light is a great club in the Bellagio, and Caramel is a very cool lounge with a fun crowd.
