VIP passes to nightclubs

I just bought some VIP passes on ebay for Tangerine and Pure. Does anyone have any experience with these passes? Is there a certain time I need to show up by and does it get me to the front of the line?

I was at Pure in Aug, of this month, and I got some passes from the front desk that looked like a regular business card that waived the cover charge, so if you paid for those anything you paid for was a rip off. Next at Pure I learned that there are ';Table List'; and VIP lists, all of which are ranked A B C D guests, depending on who you are. Basically if they don%26#39;t konw you or know of you expect to wait. We were on the bottle list, and waited about 30 mins, and thats because I was pressuring the bouncer to get us in. and this was all on a Tuesday night Locals night, so the line at PURE is out of control, and long. If you paid like $6 bucks for those ones that I saw on Ebay you paid too much, they are free at the front desk, and will NOT get you in automatically or bypass the line. My suggestion is either, A: get on the bottle list, buy the min. no. of bottles. usually one, per 4 people, least expensive bottle is about $275 - $300, or give the bouncers a $50, remember in Vegas Cash is King
