Hi,
Need some help to find some good buffets for brunch and dinners?
Most of the group love seafood and good deserts :-)
Thanks
Beck
Which buffets do you recommend?
This is a question that appears on this forum at least a couple of times per week. Type buffet into the search box (upper right of page) and you%26#39;ll be able to access zillions of old posts on this topic.
Opinions vary widely but my own is if you want a quality buffet on the Strip then check out Bellagio, Paris or Wynn. Avoid cheaper buffets in the lower-end hotels (Imperial Palace, Circus Circus, Excalibur to name but three) like the plague. There are some great value and good quality buffets to be found in off-Strip hotels like Orleans or Palace Station.
Which buffets do you recommend?
we enjoyed the buffets at the Orleans and the Las Vegas Hilton.
if you don%26#39;t mind driving just a few miles south of the strip, the Silverton hotel/casino has a really good buffet.
Paris for breakfast.
(Lunch is the best value, almost same food as dinner).
Stick to the top buffets;
Aladdin, Paris, Mandalay Bay,Mirage, Rio,
Premium; Wynn ,Bellagio.
Lesser but acceptable; Harrahs(peeled shrimp at dinner), MGM, MonteCarlo, TI, Luxor
imho Belagios is awesome
I have found that many of the buffets in Las vegas are lacking in the dessert area. I would recommend the Carnival World Buffet at Rio which has an excellent dessert selection including a sizable array of sugar-free desserts.
As for seafood...Vegas is located in the American equivalent of the Australian Outback. Now maybe it%26#39;s not impossible to get good seafood in the Outback, but you wouldn%26#39;t go expecting it, would you? :) The buffets do have seafood, but it%26#39;s generally subpar.
On my last trip, I went to the Spice Market Buffet at Aladdin and loved it!! We went to the weekend Champagne brunch, and it was fabulous. So many options!
HOwever, the best buffet is the Sterling Brunch at Bally%26#39;s on Sundays. It is pricey, but with unlimited Perriet Jouet and tons of seafood, it is worth it.
I also like Paris and Bellagio buffets.
Paris for breakfast
Wynn for dinner
I agree withteh aboe post.
Paris - breakfast
Wynn - Dinner ( has a whole room dedicated to deserts)!
I%26#39;d strongly recommend the Wynn for dinner. Ask to be seated in the atrium. It%26#39;s a lovely space with a glass ceiling and lots of greenery.
And the others are definitely right about the Sterling Brunch on Sunday%26#39;s at Bally%26#39;s. The food is very good and they Champagne is real and free-flowing. I was able to get a discount by showing my player%26#39;s card, but it%26#39;s still pretty pricey.
Personally, I don%26#39;t think Spice Market is worth the money. I tried it for dinner and found much of the food bland and some was even undercooked. Wynn, Paris %26amp; Bellagio are all better, in my experience, and not much different in price.
